Is checkout live?

Not on this evaluation site. Plan changes apply immediately with no charge so you can try paid tools. They have no monetary value until a payment processor is connected.

Evaluation mode

The parent plan cards call the same API in both modes. On this public demo, your account subscription updates in the database and entitlements change on the next request. That is not a purchase.

When live billing exists

Checkout uses a real payment processor, then a signed webhook updates the plan. The billing portal opens when a customer id exists. Failed-payment grace, tax, and invoices are processor settings — not a WonderMind dark pattern, and not claimed as finished here.

What we will not put in a help article

Secret key names and operator runbooks do not belong in a customer FAQ. If a price looks like a store, read this page first.

What does each plan include?
Free is the essentials. Premium is one serious learner. Family is four profiles plus classrooms. Pioneer Pro is independent 16+. Classroom is for teachers.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Use the plan cards on the parent dashboard. Downgrading to Free is immediate. Paid Stripe customers can also open the billing portal.
How do school and institution pilots work?
Email educators@wondermind.app. Classroom features exist in the product; roster sync, LTI, and SSO still need a contract.
