Data processing addendum

Roles

For a school or family using this product, the institution or parent is the controller of learner records. The site operator is a processor for that data. WonderMind is an independent product concept. No incorporated legal entity is named on this evaluation site. Production operators must name the company, appoint a privacy contact, and finish counsel review before collecting real children's data.

What this evaluation processes

Grown-up email and name, child first name, age integer, avatar, hashed PIN, learning artifacts, safety events, and optional anonymous analytics. No school ID, home address, or student phone is required. The published demo family is shared test data, not a production classroom.

What is still missing for a district signature

Named legal entity, jurisdiction, subprocessors under a production contract, regional storage, verifiable parental consent in every applicable region, a staffed rights mailbox, incident-response SLAs, and penetration-test evidence. Until those exist, treat this site as an evaluation demo.
