WonderMind is an independent product concept. No incorporated legal entity is named on this evaluation site. Production operators must name the company, appoint a privacy contact, and finish counsel review before collecting real children's data.

The service

WonderMind provides age-aware AI literacy lessons, experiments, projects, assessments, and supporting tools. It is not a replacement for a teacher, counselor, lawyer, doctor, or emergency service.

Accounts and guardians

Users must provide accurate account information. A parent or guardian is responsible for consent and settings for a child profile. Independent accounts are for learners old enough to manage their own account under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use WonderMind to harm people, request illegal instructions, expose private information, impersonate others, evade safety controls, cheat, or submit generated work as your own. We may suspend access for abuse or safety reasons.

Your content

You keep rights to original prompts, projects, drafts, and other content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. Platform curriculum, branding, and software remain WonderMind property.

AI output

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it. You are responsible for decisions made from output; high-stakes decisions require qualified human review.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans, refunds, taxes, trials, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout only when live billing is connected. On this evaluation site, plan changes have no monetary value. Downgrade to Free is immediate. Close the grown-up account from the parent dashboard to delete it.

Changes and contact

We may improve the service, policies, and safety controls. Material changes will be communicated through the product or account email. Contact legal@wondermind.app for questions.

This product draft has not been reviewed by counsel. Governing law, arbitration, tax terms, enterprise agreements, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures must be finalized before accepting production customers.
