What should never be shared with the Guide?

Do not share an address, school name, phone number, password, health detail, or someone else's private secret.

The short list

Home address, full name plus school, phone or video-chat handles, passwords and PINs, government IDs, precise location, and another person's private information. The Guide is not a diary that stays only on your desk.

What to say instead

Use a first name and an avatar. Talk about “my school” without naming it. If you need help with a real-world problem, ask a trusted adult in the room — then use WonderMind to learn the AI idea underneath.

If something slips

Tell a parent or teacher. Parents can delete a profile and its learning data from Controls. Safety-critical issues can also be sent to safety@wondermind.app.

How do I report a safety issue?
Learners tap Need a grown-up? in the kid workspace. Grown-ups can still email safety@wondermind.app. In an emergency, call local services first.
How do I delete a learner's data?
Open the child's Controls tab, type their name to confirm, and delete the profile. Related learning data is removed with it.
How are AI answers checked?
Inputs and outputs pass a stage-aware filter. Younger stages buffer the full reply before it appears on screen.
