Older learners will not tell a tutor they are failing a class if every sentence is forwarded home. Lockbox is how WonderMind earns enough trust to be useful, while still escalating true safety crises.

Parents see time spent, quiz scores, mastery counts, and non-lockboxed wellbeing notes. They do not see the lockboxed transcript or the private wording of an academic struggle. This is not a parent setting.
